Chocolate pana cotta
Ingrediente pentru 4 portii
5 foi de gelatina
300 ml smantana lichida
200 ml lapte
80 gr zahar
1 plic zahar vanilat
50 gr ciocolata 50 % cacao

5 sheets gelatin 300 ml heavy cream 200 ml milk 80 g sugar 1 pack vanilla sugar 50 g chocolate (50% cocoa)
Mod De Preparare
Punem gelatina la inmuiat in 100 ml apa rece.
Intr-o cratita mica se pune,samanatana,laptele,zaharul si zaharul vanilat,fierbem 4 min la foc mediu.
Se lasa la racit 10 min dupa care adaugam gelatina scursa bine de apa,amestecam.
Dupa ce am adaugat gelatina se mai lasa inca 45 de min la racit.
Tocam ciocolata cu un cutit apoi se pune peste crema de panna cotta.
Turnam crema in pahare de 150 ml,se pune in frigider pentru 4 ore.
Inainte de servire decoram cu fructe sau ciocolata rasa.

Put the gelatin sheets into a bowl of 100 ml cold water and let them soak while you heat the cream.Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and let them boil for 4 minutes over medium-high heat.
Bring it to a boil and then remove it from the heat amd let it cool for 10 minutes. Squeeze the excess water out of the gelatin and add it to the warm cream. Stir well to make sure the gelatin is dissolved. Let it cool aside for another 45 minutes.
While the cream is cooling, using a knife cut the chocolate into chips and then mix it with the pana cotta cream.
Pour the mixture into small bowls and refrigerate, overnight or at least 4 hours.
When you are ready to serve, garnish with fruits or grated chocolate.
