Ratatouille cu Branza Mozzarella


                                                  Ratatouille with Mozzarella Cheese

Ingrediente 3 portii

2 cepe,taiata solzisori
2 catei de usturoi,taiati cuburi
8 linguri ulei de masline
3 linguri sos de rosii
1 vanata
2 dovlecei
3 rosii
1 pachet branza mozzarella
sare,piper

2 julienne(d) onions 2 cloves of garlic, diced 8 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 1 eggplant 2 zucchinis 3 tomatoes 1 package of mozzarella cheese salt and pepper

Se pune intr-o tigaie la incins 3 linguri de ulei,calim ceapa si usturoiul dupa care adaugam sosul de rosii si oprim focul.
Punem sosul de ceapa intr-o tava de copt si nivelam,condimentam cu sare si piper.
Asezam in tava vanata,dovlecei si rosiile.

Heat up 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, dry-heat (blanch) the julienne onion and the garlic then add the tomato sauce and turn off the stove. Put the onion sauce in a baking pan and level the mixture, and season with salt and pepper. Put the eggplant in the baking pan, the zucchini and the tomatoes.


Condimentam cu sare si piper apoi punem restul de ulei.
Acoperim tava cu folie de aluminiu si se baga in cuptorul incins la 200 C pentru 45 min.
Se scoate tava din cuptor,indepartam folia si punem branza rupta bucati peste legume.
Tava se baga din nou in cuptor ( fara folie) pentru inca 15 min.
Decoram cu frunze de busuioc si servim fierbinte cu felii de bagheta.

Season with salt and pepper then add the rest of the oil. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and place it inside the preheated oven (200 C degrees) for 45 min. Take out the baking pan from the oven, remove the foil and sprinkle the cheese over the vegetables. Place the baking pan back in the oven (without the aluminum foil) for another 15 min. Decorate with basil leaves. It's best being served hot with baguette loafs.
