Risotto cu Curry si Piept de Pui



Ingrediente pentru 3 pers.

1 praz/partea alba
1 ardei rosu mare
1 ceapa taiata marunt
4 linguri de ulei de masline
300 gr orez pentru risotto
3 linguri de unt
1 lingura curry
150 ml vin alb sec
700 ml supa de legume,fierbinte
250 gr piept de pui
sare,piper

1 leek - the white part 1 large red bell pepper 1 chopped onion 4 tablespoons olive oil 300 g risotto rice 3 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon curry 150 ml dry white wine 700 ml vegetable soup (warm) 250g chicken breast salt and pepper

Se curata prazul si il taiem rondele.
Ardeiul rosu se curata de seminte apoi il taiem in cuburi mari.
Intr-o cratita sa pune la incins, 1 lingura de ulei si una de unt,se adauga ceapa si sotam pana devine translucida,adaugam curry, orezul si calim in continuare 2 min.

Start by cleaning the leek and cut it into rings. Seed the red pepper and then cut it into large cubes . In a saucepan add 1 tablespoon oil and one of butter , add the onion and fry it until it becomes translucent , add curry, the rice and stir-fry for 2 more minutes.

Stingem cu vin,se lasa la fiert pana se evapora alcolul.
Reducem focul si adaugam cu un polonic treptat supa,amestecam din cand in cand,se lasa la fiert cca 20 min.
Condimentam cu sare si piper.
Se pune la incins restul de ulei si sotam la foc iute ardeiul si prazul .
Cu ajutorul la o paleta scoatem ardeiul si prazul din tigaie ,se pune peste risotto si se lasa la fiert in continuare.

Pour with wine and let it boil until the alcohol is evaporated. Reduce the heat and add the soup , one ladle at a time. Let the rice boil for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When boiled, season with salt and pepper. Put the remaining oil in a pan and stir-fry the pepper and leek. When done, put them in the risotto and let it continue cooking.



In aceeas tigaie se dauga 1 lingura de unt si prajim bucatile de pui la foc iute.
Dupa ce a fiert orezul se stinge focul si adaugam restul de unt.
Intr-o farfurie adanca punem cate o potie de risotto apoi pieptul de pui.
Decoram cu patrunjel sau praz taiat rondele.

In same frying pan, add 1 tablespoon butter and fry the chicken pieces in hot fire . After the rice is cooked. remove it from the heat source and add the remaining butter . Put the risotto on a plate and then place the chicken breast on top. Decorate with parsley and sliced leeks .
